Oct 17 : Rest day in Figeac

Our first rest day since leaving 11 days ago.

Our rest day included:

• Sleeping in to 8:30!

• Coffee and croissants at the market bar.

• Visiting the Saturday Figeac market and the cuteness of the medieval town.

• Doing a full laundry (after cleaning/rinsing clothes in sinks):

A clean break from the hike

• More resting!

• Visiting the Musée Champollion (the decipherer of Egyptian hieroglyphs was born here):

Rising over the Rosetta

And more food:

Farçous and choux farçis with sunflower salad for supper.
